Mr. Davis
has acted as a Judge Pro Tempore and as
an arbitrator and attorney-client fee dispute
arbitrator on behalf of the Contra Costa County
Superior Court and Contra Costa County Bar
Association. Mr. Davis has been a member of the
Lawyer Referral Committee of the Contra Costa
County Bar Association; American Bar Association
Litigation Section; Association of Defense
Counsel; State Bar of California, Business Law
Section; Contra Costa County Bar Association,
Real Estate Law Section; and is a past President
