What Costs Are Involved In Mediation?

Cost Of The Mediator:	Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") charges between $ and $ per hour for the Mediator, plus additional costs and fees based on the number of parties, and administrative fees. JAMS requires an initial non-refundable deposit of $, and has a minimum charge for Mediation of $. Davis & Brown, LLP requires a initial security deposit of $750.00 that is non-refundable only if the parties fail to appear at or cancel the Mediation at least ten (10) business days for the date of the first joint Mediation session.
